Visa for my Autistic child age 12

My name Is Dr Farooq,I am working as a GP in Morley,WA.I am on 457 sponsor visa,my wife and other 2 children are here with me in Australia. My son Zain who is 12 years old was not granted the visa as he has Autism and Australian Immigration asked for the health waiver document to be signed by my employers, however the employers are not willing to sign the health waiver document for him.I am struggling since 2012 to find a visa for my son,he is back in my home country.
Is there any way I can bring my son here.
I am willing to pay all his cost for education etc, when he gets here.
I need help and humble advise.

You need to seek professional advice . I understand Australia does not wish to pay medical expenses but that's heartless from DIBP . separating a 12year child from his family .

HI
AS EDT has said you need to engage a professional, many other posters have recommended George Lombard, http://austimmigration.com.au/site/?q=node/21
In cases such as yours.
He will advise you of your chance of obtaining a visa.
It is unfortunate that your employer has declined the DIBP's offer of a waiver.

Is your employer going to sponsor you for a 186 visa? If so, once you get your PR status you can apply for a child visa, however it's possible your son's health will cause the child visa to be refused. If you do take this path, I'd suggest speaking with George Lombard for assistance with your application.

Go get help from George as everyone else has said. It is very hard to get a visa for someone with autism. There is actually a case in the media about it at the moment. You should monitor that case carefully to see the outcome as that may be able to help you.

Maybe you could go to the media too
