applying 485 visa

hi,
i have got my masters of commerce degree assesed from CPA australia in dec2009, and going to complete my 2year advance diploma if accounting (regd 104 weeks in CRICOS) here in australia,

so, my question is that am i able to apply my 485 visa with my indian qualificatiion assessment and 2year study in Australia. I have got 6 each.

will be there be any effect of new changes from july 2011 on 485 visa ,what should i do now ? Please help me.
