PR option for the candidate who scored less in IELTS

Hi Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the less ILETS score, I was trying to apply for skilled immigration visa 175 and already completed the ACS and got positive result from there but I was not able to score good marks in IELTS even after two attempt. This time I got 5.5. in reading which is .5 less then what is required for 175 Visa type, remaining all subject I have 6.

Now I think I know I can't score more then this what I have scored since my schedule is also too much busy and don't have much time for preparation.

I am interested to know, Is there any option available for PR for the person who scored less in IELTS?

Sorry there is no possibilities to apply for any visa without 6 in each band try to get the threshold level as early as possible because everything is going to be changed in future. Hence we will be unable to apply for any visa unless our skills are approved by the employers of Australia.
