Talking On Shore Partner Visa AOS Question

Hello!
I'm very new to this and im just trying to figure it out.
My fiancee and I are going to be married in the end of June, i was looking at the visa and was wondering, wheater they will except my fiancee being on center link as Aos? I plan to work as soon as i can, too.
I think i worded that weirdly, sorry.
and the $5000 two year bond, is that like a loan you have to pay back, or do you have to pay that up front?

Thank you!!
I'm kinda confused

Hi there,

If your sponsor has been on Centrelink payments for any time within the last 2 years, the may not satisfy DIAC that they can support you. If you are asked for an AoS, it's no big deal, as up to 3 people can do one for you together. They need to show over $29 000 total income to satisfy the requirements. It is assessed by Centrelink.

The bond doesn't apply for spouse visa applicants, only parent visas, so don't worry about that.
