You need to look at how she contributes to the relationship financially.

If she works you need to show how the money she earns contributes to the relationship and it is not just you paying for everything even though she works.

If she doesn't work then you show even though does not contribute financially she does other things to help which can include things like housework, gardening, grocery shopping etc.

Go through and find transactions where she paid for household expenses, groceries for example. Even if you financed it (and she doesn't work), the fact she has access to the household money you provide is the point - joint finances. Doesn't have to be joint accounts.

Hi Thanks everyone for the support. She got the visa grant notice today. Its amazing how fast they processed it. its only been couple of weeks. Very happy.
