Question Which Assesment Authority ?

I am finance post graduate, Master of Commerce (M.Com) having work experience of 4 years and looking for skilled immigration in Australia. I fall under ANZSCO code 221112 (Management accountant) listed here http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/_pdf/sol-schedule3.pdf.

Now, there are three Skill Assessment Authorities for this ANZSCO Code
-- CPAA Skills Assessment Authorities
-- ICAA Chartered Accountants Australia
-- NIA Chartered Accountants Australia

I am confused which one to go for Skill Assessment.
