Unhappy Bridging Visa Travel

Hi guys,

I'm currently on a WHV and coming to the end of my second year. My employer has applied for a 457 visa but it's looking less and less likely that it will be approved by the time I leave for a four-week holiday to England.

Is it realistic to be able to get approved on a Bridging Visa B, just on the assumption that my 457 hasn't been granted by the time I fly back to Sydney?

Thanks
