Spouse Migration + Tourist visa 676 with no further stay - urgent help needed

Hi All,

I need an urgent piece of advice...my case is very different.. here is my story

I am a Permanent resident in Australia..living in queensland. I came from India few months back. My wife was pregnant when i left for Australia. So as soon as I arrived here, she applied for her PR on basis of spouse migration in India.

She was 5 months pregnent & we found that it can take 5-8 months for her PR Visa to arrive. so we applied for her tourist visa so she can give birth to baby here & baby becomes an Aussie by birth. She got the VISA but but the issue is Visa for 3 months with no further stay.. Please advice what should i do?

shall I get her visa extened basis on medical grounds as she cannot fly in 8th month pregnancy & get the delivery here , Or send her back well in time.. I mean if we extend her stay can this effect wrongly on her PR case?

Please suggest .. I really want baby to be born here with me in Australia..
please suggest me best way out

Thanks in advance..
Raj
