Please Help! Is it possible for 19 year old to get 457 Visa?

Hi, Im 19 and currently on holiday working visa. I have been working for a solar power company as a marketing representative which involves generating leads for a company. From September to February I was working on an ABN doing this however since Feb this year I have been employed by a National Company.

Since Feb, I have generated the most leads and brought in the most money for the company so much so that they really want me to stay and sponsor me. They have said they will pay me market salary and are an approved sponsor. We are currently in Perth however if I can sort out my visa they are going to pay for my flights and accommodation to work in South Australia every week which i really want to be able to do.

I am just wondering as I am only 19 and dont have much experiece what my chances are of getting approved. I really cant go back to the UK as I dont have any family there, home etc wheres here i love the life i have set up for myself, met some amazing friends and love my job.

I really would appreciate any advice anyone can give me for getting approved.

Many Thanks =]

This is a difficult one because normally with sponsorship you are required to prove 4 years experience in the field you are being sponsored for however because you are already in AU and you working in the field for the company it may differ.

I am not one to always recommend lawyers but for a complicated case like yours and if you want more direction I would look into seeing someone.
