Have you tried uploading documents in the sponsor's section? I was able to upload more documents there.

Honestly, I don't think the department wants documents sent to an Email address and that's also why you guys can't find one.

I got sent an automatic email from immigration regarding my 820 application and it said (quote):

"Documents must be scanned and uploaded to your ImmiAccount. Do not send documents by email or through the post as it will cause delays in the processing of your application."

Imagine how many Emails they would get (they probably do already anyways) if everyone would just send additional evidence per email and how complicated this would make it as well.

Again: Upload the other documents in the sponsor's section (in your IMMI account do not go into your application, click on the sponsor's one and upload the documents there), then you'll be able to upload 120 documents which is plenty!

And if your CO still needs more evidence, they will inform you and you can send it to them directly

And if you have more than 120 documents to upload, you probably didn't consolidate documents well enough.
