Smile Fiancée visa help

Hi all,
Me and my bf is planning to apply for fiancée visa..there are some questions in our mind that we wanted to clear it out. I hope you guys can help us. I am from philippines by the way and my bf is australian.
like:
1. Is it ok to lodge application even we are not yet 1 year in relationship its like 3 months more to be one year. will do it after we get engage.
2. what is the best way to lodge your application.. in embassy, call center/courier or via.ph. these are the 3 ways you can apply for the visa in phillippines?
3. is it necessary that you have lived together for 1 year in fiancée visa?
or u can tell me your experience how u apply your fiancee visa here in philippines. thank you very much for the infos you will share here.

hi dianmarie007

The 1 year requirement is only for defacto visas. For the fiancee visa, technically you only have to prove that you've met in person. Obviously though you're supposed to demonstrate how your relationship has developed & how it will be continuing in the future. People apply for PMVs even after knowing each other a few months.

Cheers

hi dianmarie
My partner applied for a fiancee visa -- it was approved in february 2011. He is from a high risk country as well (Brazil). It took about 4.5months processing all up for us.
best wishes!
