need help with onshore partner visa

I just got my 485 visa after long wait. My partner's student visa just expired and we applied for extension. So she is in her bridging visa currently. My question is if I can apply to include her in my 485 as subsequent applicant while on bridging? Some people say we can, some say can't. Checked the immi site and couldn't get clear answer. Plz suggest me if anyone know about this. Thanx
