ACS/EOI/Visa Conundrum

Hi,

I applied for ACS evaluation in May 2014 and got the letter from them with certified experience dates up till May 2014. I was completing my ten years experience in June 2014. Given how the ACS works they deducted two years of my experience so it became 7 years 11 months on May 2014.

When I applied in skill select I followed the same guidelines and only asked for experience certified by ACS. I did however leave the current job's end date empty. I now have received the invitation to lodge the application.

However when I try to add experience while lodging the visa it doesn't let me enter the empty end date for current job. I can only enter the month.

I am confused. Should I not have left the end date empty when submitting EOI? Shall I let the invite expire and correct EOI again?

I do have pay slips and employment certificate for the same job and can prove that I haven't changed anything since May 2014.
