Question 5 points by Australian Community Language

Hi guys!

After checking in the Australian Department of Immigration and citizenship web site seems that is possible to get an overall of 5 extra points if you are eligible for some of the Australian community languages. So, I am Spanish native speaker and I am not pretty sure if I have to get the NAATI exam in order to get these 5 points.
According to this web site, I must attach certified copies of my degree, academic transcript and a letter from my university stating the language in which my course was conducted, or evidence of my NAATI accreditation.

In front of that, I really do not know if have to apply for the NAATI exam or some evidences of my University are enough to get the 5 points on the immigration process. Could you please help me on that? I am a Telecommunications Enginner.

Thanks!!
