Sorry I didn't read your last line....he can apply from anywhere...Thanks, that's great.
how do I search for other people on the post from Mexico?

I did read a post from a girl who'd overstayed in the Usa and was asking about including it in her application, the conversation was based on the fact that there is no question asking if you've overstayed in another country- only if you have in Australia, so I see why his lack of official stuff and career would be a problem, he just don't look good on paper, will he get denied because of that!!!

Ok, sorry for all these replies....I just found out about 'Agents' didn't know what that was, and it seems I can use one from abroad and that is totally normal, however I would not have a clue how to find one, it seems like they can have a bad reputation to be untrustworthy and inappropriate....do you have any idea how I find a good one? I see they have to be registered with MARA, that's a good start.

Thanks again

Hello! Can I ask you what happened with you? Have you got the visa yet?
