Don't have a skilled trade?

If u don't have a skilled trade that is listed on csl but I have something very close to it and alot of experience do I have a chance to get sponsored some how?

The only way you can do it is if you do your skills assessment and apply with the occupation that is actually on the list. The assessing authority might or might not grant it. Otherwise, no, I don't think it's possible.
