If you have been asked to do your medicals, they should have also sent you a list of the tests you need, and where to get them.

E-Health greatly speeds up the processing, because paper documents are no longer required to be posted via snail mail to and from the embassy and Australia. But, if e-Health isn't available where you are then obviously it's not an option for you.

Your CO should have given you a list of panel doctors near you. You need to bring the forms with you, along with your passport, case number and passport photos.

Once the tests are done, the doctor should send them to the embassy directly and your CO will send them to Australia to be processed. You're looking at up to 2 months from tests being sent to hearing from your CO that they have been assessed.

Alternatively you can find forms online and print them out.

http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/26.pdf

I believe the medical form is the same for children and adults. You also need an xray form too
http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/160.pdf

here is a link to all the forms, check which ones you need, download and print.

Well, if that's what he says, then you only need that form for your child.

Thanks for your response.

Please answer following query as well.As you have answered my query in another post of mine regarding PCC,I have got reply for PCC from CO that the PCC I have which is of dated:14 january 2010 is expired so I need a new one.Now the issue is that I have changed my residence in July 2010 in the same city, after having the aforesaid PCC.Now the point to be clarified is :
As the new PCC will be provided by Police Authorities on the basis of my current/new residence, which is July 2010 todate, what about that period which is in between 14 january 2010 to July 2010?

It is urgent,please clarify.

Thanks

You should submit a change of details form to update your new address. This should have been done as soon as you changed address, so you have to do this now.

Then, when you get the new PCC and medicals, all the addresses will be the same.
