single status certificate (subclass 309)

Did any sponsor have to submit a single status certificate issued in Australia for subclass 309 ?

i am already married. do i need to submit my husband's single status certificate?

If he's your husband, he's not single. So he shouldn't need a single status certificate. I'm not experienced with partner visas, so I'm just going by common sense rather than basing this on anything else.

a filipina married to aussie told me that they were asked for a single status certificate

Hemmmmm....When my wife submit all the application for subclass visa 309/100 no single status certificate require at all because I am already married to my wife....Cheeeers

Just request for CENOMAR then the NSO will five you the copy of advisory of marriage where it will show the details of your marriage with the aussie. Make a request through e-census and address it to the aistralian embassy with your HAP number.

thank you very much! My husband thinks he doesn't need one too, anyway i just got this info from a filipina too. what about my single status certificate? do i need to submit one?

Well for example my wife she is from Indonesia and already married to me so there for she does not need to submit single status certificate at all.....In my opinion it just doesn't make any sense at all if my wife already married to me she has to submit single status certificate...Have you try to call the Embassy and ask them a question regarding the single status certificate...Cheeeeers....Hope this helps....

yes i've tried to call them already but they cant even answer my question and just gave me a link for inquiries. whenever i tried that link it only sends an automatic reply like this ....
