I think it depends on the technician. The lady who did mine was very thorough and said that it was better to have more than too few. Yes I think two were facing the wall, the other one was from the side.

You should be OK, it sounds normal. If there is a problem, the doctor will call you in the next few days. Don't worry about it too much.
