Wow only 2 hours, amazing! 10 days isn't that bad either. Well good luck to all of us here. I hope you wouldn't mind posting the outcome of your visa application here, it would really be a great help to everyone thanks in advance!

Evisitor is from a low risk country.
Phillipines is a high risk country, totally different story.

Hi risk country visitor must satisfy many criteria. Means of support for the duration of the stay is but 1 criteria. Others are - must satisfy that they are a genuine visitor and are not likely to overstay and have sufficient reason to return to their home country.

A stat dec from the boyfriends parents carries absolutely no weight in anything.

For the subclass 676, I had about Euro 30,000 showing on my bank statements but this was a lot (they said).... you don't need that much.

Turboadam, you mentioned that eVisitor is for low risk countries. I come from Poland and I believe that my country is still considered a high risk country, at least it seems so from the pace of processing my partner visa. Do you maybe know if Poland is a low risk or high risk country. We are not allowed to get ETA, so I believe we are still a high risk country. Unfortunately.

And just to let the others know- I got my tourist visa today, so all the bank statements and payslips of my husband were helpful.
