457 visa with conviction?

HI guys,

I have applied for 457 visa and i am concerned about some convictions on my australian police check.
I would like to hear some opinions or any experienced applicant who can give me some hints.

Back in 2001 i have been charged with fraud, while i was on a student visa.
1 months after charges i had to leave australia and i was not aware about any convictions. In 2008 i came back to Australia and i didn't mention any convictions on my appication form because i didn't know about them.
I found out this year when i got my police check that i have been convicted in 2001 and i had to face the court again ... where i got 300$ fine for fraud , another 300$ fine for not showing up in the court in 2001 and 5 convictions for fraud with no penalty.
All these show on my police check dated 2011(even they were commited in 2001) ..., 1 convicted and fined , 1 not showing in court, 5 no penalty. I have mentioned them on my application for the 457, however i am really scared that i could get refused.

Can anyone tell me what my chances to get this visa are?

Thank you.
