475 visa, need help with

Hello to everyone!

Recently i got a new friend from Australia, his name is Paul. He visited me here in Ukraine, Sevastopol few months ago (we are not in touch now as he is traveling) and he intrigued me with migrating to Australia.

some words about me:
i'm 27 years old, married, have 2 higher degrees in Ukrainian universities (Computer engineer and Finances). We don't have necessity to have a license for that professions that is why i don't have license. After finishing my first uni i had no breaks in work experience, and i worked as head of bank department and now as deputy head of Yaht club. All work places are here in Sevastopol and connected with finances. I successfully passed FCE (just to have it , I have been learning German for 2 last years .... I have a driving license //please, write in this thread if i missed and valuable info about myself

my plan is to migrate as a skilled worker with 475 visa program in Tasmania, for example, without my wife, work there for 3 years, move my wife in Australia and get a permanent residence.

I checked immi resource and the first barrier which i got is:
as far as i concerned it is almost impossible for me as a financial director (my current position) to prove my skill level as far as Australia and Ukraine have completely different understanding of this position starting from duties and finishing with financial law.
i can't prove my first Engineer education as far as i don't have any working experience in this field, i started working in a bank right after uni. Programming is my hobby only.
What do you think about assumption i made above?

The above barrier is not the only one i have found but all of them are fundamental that is why i don't want to heap all of them right now in order to have dialog about each in chain.

Thanks for your attention to my thread,
Regards, Slava.
