evidence of relationship for dependent(onshore subsequent entry.. isn't it enough????

hi everyone,
m aaybss, living in Australia from 2006, i have already applied for gsm vc885 on jan 2009 and rightnow i am on temp resident visa 485 which is going to expire on dec 2011and then I will be back to bridging visa to my gsm application.
now the otherthing is I am living with my partner from oct 2009, we got married (registered marriage)on 22nd of may 2011 in Australia and we got blessed with a son on 28th of may 2011.(the dates are absolutely right, as we are in relationship from 2009,my wife got pregnant before marriage)my wife was on student visa here.
now I have applied for my wife to add her on my visa.what ever proofs I have to show our relationship are as follow.
a. phone details-- showing her number and time of conversation one year prior to the application. to now

b. bank details: we don't have any joint account but we have the transactions showing I have paid for her fee and medical treatment etc.

c.affc we have pictures but how we gonna prove that these are two years old.

d.we have our bankstatements coming on same address from last I yeAr and 6 months.

e. our baby's birth certificate and our marriage certificate.

f. and last we have affidavits from friends, neighbors and landlord that we are living as partners on same address from last 2 years.but we don't have lease agreement.

guys I need your help to findout that are these proofs enough or not? if not wht should I do to prove as don't have anything else.
and if my wife's granted visa as my dependent can I add her in my gsm885 application as we got 2 month old baby I can't send them away from me.
please help me to find out the way.
hope for your help and thanks in advance.
aaybss.

Hi aaybss,

I'm not sure how much proof is required for adding a spouse as a dependant, why don't you add her as a dependant, start the process, and they will tell you if you need more documentation.

You really should have told immigration about after after you had spent 12 months together. Immigration is supposed to know about defacto relationships, so you should have let them know in 2010 (1 year after you had been together).
