Question Changes to 40SP 47SP in November 2014

Hi I'm Goshu new to this forum.

I am almost ready to submitt online application form for Partner Visa 309/100, just waiting for my friend's Form888.

I was wondering if anyone can share their infomation with me regarding the form changes in November.

There are essential changes for form 40SP and 47SP for paper form (PDF) but I am not sure if there are same changes for the online application or not.

In my immi account, there is a form 47SP which I filled out before November, and there is an incomplete form 47SP which I started to fill in after the 24 November, I thought it would be the changed version and I should fill out the latest version. But, both form shows (47SP (Internet) 23/11/2013) . It seems exactly the same...

Is this November form changes only for paper forms?

I would like to know how other people dealing with this matter.

Thank you.

The online form 40SP now has questions about overseas travel and character issues for all sponsors incl. Australian citizens, when there are minors included in the application. Not sure if that is the case where no minors are included. Maybe one of the other RMA's can confirm ?
