Primary teacher no longer on SOL

Hi all,
I visited oz 2 years ago and worked there for a year. I totally loved it and want to permanently move to Melbourne within the next three years. I'm 30 and have been a primary teacher for 6 years. Whilst I was there primary teaching was on the sol but it's been removed this year :-( I'm totally devastated! Does anyone know a way around this for example if I apply for a job directly with a school and get it could I still move out there?
Any help would be appreciated
Also how do I edit my profile???? X

Sorry no one has replied to you earlier. So primary teacher has been removed from SOL? Or has it just changed code and you can't find it?

Teachers in Australia must be registered/accredited, so I don't know how you would go about applying directly to a school seeing as you wouldn't be legally allowed to be a teacher in Aus.

I'll move you're thread so you might get some more responses.

well you can have a look at but these days most of them requires the permit to work in australia. maybe the place you previously worked were interested ? sometimes you have to be creative to find a path to true happyness and expect bumps...but give it a go
