Exclamation Person with overstay history

I have overstayed my highly skilled visa in UK for couple of months and keep working after my appeal for leave to remain was dismissed. Then I left UK voluntarily and have been served with form IS151A at exit point. Now I want to know that if would apply for skilled visa to Australia would that affect my application.

I think you would certainly need to admit the overstay in your application. You did leave voluntairly though, so this could go in your favour.

I stongly suggest you get advice from a migration agent or lawyer though as they would have more experience and knowledge of the options you have and how you can apply for Australian visa given your past offence.
