Question Upload format

Hi everyone

About to submit visa application for partner visa on Monday. Just wanted to check some things before we prepare the files to be uploaded.

I know about the 60 file limit, so that its best to group as much evidence together as possible, but how many different kinds of documents can we upload?

For example, at the moment we're thinking

1 PDF listed 'Bank Statement December 2013-June 2014'
1 PDF listed 'Bank Statement June 2014-December 2014'
1 PDF listed 'Photographs' (I think we've decided to include about 17)
1 PDF of Facebook statuses, screen shots, check ins etc, listed as 'Facebook'
1 PDF listed 'Tickets, Confirmations and Bookings'
1 PDF listed 'Identity Documents'
1 PDF listed 'Cards' for Engagement, Birthday and Christmas cards
1 PDF for each Statutory Declaration
And the rest attached separately, e.g. individual statements, personal joint statement, tenancy agreement, gym contracts, emails, flybuys statement, stuff like that

Is that going to be ok? Or do they have to be specific? The RMA we saw said that everything has to be uploaded separately, every photograph, every statement, every single thing, but this was months ago and before the 60 file limit was introduced, are they accepting grouped evidence now? The gym contracts are in PDF form as well but the rest of things are in Jpegs. Someone said the Jpegs have a size limit, do the PDFs have one too?

Thanks

PDFs do have a size limit, but I use Smallpdf.com - A Free Solution to all your PDF Problems to shorten it I've seen a lot of people on here make PDFs with an album of photos with captions etc.

It is much easier for a case officer to locate a particular document if it is clearly labeled and uploaded separately. However, it is reasonable to join related documents together. For example I would join a Form 888 (3 pages) with the declarer's passport., the applicant's passport with birth certificate, all education certificates, etc.

Regards

Education certificates? Should I be uploading these too? I have an undergraduate degree from the UK and a TEFL certificate from here. Would they help? I also have a First Aid/CPR certificate, a Blue Card for working with children and a Yellow Card for working with disability services. Should I include these too?

What these things do is establish who you are. The reinforce your identity. They also helpt to establish that you will be able to get a job in Australia.

You know what my partner and I did so I won't go any further into that

But try to upload all your relationship evidence first given you are limited with documents - don't worry about university degrees and what not unless you get to the end and have space to upload them. These won't be a deciding factor on if you get the visa or not - your relationship evidence will.
