Medicare/Superannuation

Hello,

Me again!
How do you go about getting the documents that show that my partner is my beneficiary on my superannuation and also how do I show that my partner is my emergency contact via medibank ?

Also I know anyone can join flybuys together, but we have so we would like to include that also. Anyone have an experience on what they did to show they share the same flybuys?

Thanks Guys!

Hiya

For flybuys I think you log on to your account online and it should show you and your parents names so screen shot that .

Also with supper you can apply in writing for a letter stating your partner is the Bennificery or else you can also screen shot this from your computer

I'm afraid I'm not sure about Medicare best to just ring and ask if you don't get an answer just put it on your state declaration

I didn't know you could have a next of kin on Medicare? I know my local dr surgery has that info but that's because I gave it to them directly - not because Medicare gave it to them. I went down to the clinic and they wrote a few sentence letter confirming my next of kin.. My employer also had my partner listed as my next of kin so got them to write a letter as well
