189 ITA Received bot not lodged

I received 189 ITA 20 days bac. What happens if i dont complete ITA in 60 days, Can i get extension? Will i be blocked and not allowed to file EOI Again.

I am not able to decide on ITA completion as i am not sure on below queries.

1) My wife is carrying and so i cannot get her medical done. So can i get my ITA on hold or i just dont apply and file EOI Again.

2) I have stayed in poland for 13 months and getting police clearance certificate in next 40 days woudl be a challenge.

3) My wife worked in USA for 9 Months, does she need to submit police clearance certificate.

What is stopping you from accepting the invitation?

1. Your wife's pregnancy is not a reason not to accept. If necessary she can defer her medical examination and you can add a newborn child to a visa application, for a further fee, of course.
