They are using the CPC's policy to arrest him with no time limitation. Another example is detention of a Swedish Chinese Gui Minhai, although he has Swedish passport, he was still arrested by Chinese police due to his published book. Lucky, he is Swedish, the news was focused by other countries medias, he was not torched. If he did not have a Swedish passport, he may vanished from China. And if they notice you publish anything against with them from oversea, and you holding other countries passport. They will refuse to give you visa to China. Lots of people escaped to others countries during 1989's protests, they probably will never see their families in China again. If your name is on the list, you will not be able to gain a visa to China, and your family number will not be able to get a passport in China.
