How to add spouse to Subclass 476?

Hi... I have applied for the subclass 476, Skilled graduate visa on 09.01.2021. At that time, I was single and didn’t married. Now, I’m going to get married in May, 2022. Still my visa application status is received and doesn’t change anything as they hold visa processing for about around 2 years. I’m planning to go to Australia together with my future husband.
The question is that after I get married, could I add my spouse to my visa application or do I need to add my spouse as a subsequent entrant?
Or do I have to add him after granting my visa? If yes, how much time it takes to grant a visa for him as a dependent?
Kindly let me know, what is the best solution in this situation?

First of all, congratulations on your marriage.
Even though 5 months have passed, i want to answer your question.
I am facing with the same situation. I applied subclass 476 visa in June 2019 and i am still waiting for grant. I married in 2021, after the marriage I renew my Passport and upload it to my immi Account immediately.
If you got married during the visa application process, you have to renew your password and upload it to your immi Account. By doing this you are declaring that you are married. If you do not declare it and they find out you are married, an annotion may be placed on your visa that your spouse cannot be included.
In addition, you have to wait until your visa process is finalized. Once you are granted, you can include your spouse to your visa.

Hi there How ? My 476 subclass is finalized and I'm getting married soon. so, how can I add my wife?
