You will not be awarded points for your wife's education.
If your wife has a positive skills assessment in an occupation on the same list as yours and a qualifying English language level, you might score 5 extra points.

You cannot be awarded points for a 189 and only for a provisional visa, if your sister lives in a designated area and your occupation is on a relevant list.
