Query on adding an additional applicant to student visa application after lodgement

Hello,

I lodged my subclass 500 (PGR sector) student visa application in April 2017 and mentioned my spouse as a non-accompanying family member. It is still undergoing processing. I would like to include her as an additional applicant now by submitting form 1022 and form 1436 and I have the following questions which I would like to get clarified by the forum members:
1. Can I really add my spouse as an additional applicant for the mentioned student visa sector?
2. How to include health examination results in my application now? "My Health Declarations" feature is recommended before lodging the application. What can we do to provide the medical results post lodgement?
3. Will adding an additional applicant at this moment will further delay processing the application as a whole? or will my visa be finalised initially once my checks are completed and my spouse's visa will be finalised later?

Answers addressing each of the points individually are requested. Thanks in advance.

we were advised by an education agent not to apply for both of us together
Education agents are not qualified to provide migration advice.

Not sure how many forum members are qualified or able to answer all your questions in the detail required. Have you considered obtaining advice from a registered migration agent?

Agreed. But I wasn't even aware of that then and thought they were also legally registered.

Once I came to know about the registration requirement for agents, I asked a couple of RMAs. But they were not willing to take up PhD student visa applications which have been already filed.
Now I feel like I'm on my own. So a response to any possible extent is welcome. Thanks

Why not try contact CCMS (Coral Coast Migration Services - I think it is). He is a respected RMA.

I am not sure he will take any responsibility for what has been already done - most RMA's would not and with good reason. But I don't see if that is clearly understood that a RMA would not be able to advise on how best to proceed.
